Our large group had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional – the staff truly went above and beyond. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food. However, the highlight of our trip was definitely the jungle tour led by Gopal. His knowledge and passion made it an unforgettable experience.

The room was very hygienic with hot water facilities. I really liked the authentic nepali food and food was good. I wish they do Nepali breakfast lunch and dinner for the best authentic experience. The staffs were very nice and respectful and never bothered us to pay beforehand. They are focused on giving us the best expensive rather than money and clarify everything beforehand. Overall a very pleasant experience definitely suggest everyone and will visit again.

Good quality to price. Sangam made everything easy with little time before the trip. Safaris and our guide were great, and the pricing seemed fair compared to other offers. We also did the jungle tower night which was a great experience. The way there and coming back is a walking safari by itself, being relatively close to a rhino by foot is worth. I can recommend it.

Friendly and very attentive stuff. Good service, always on time. Food was plenty, everything tasty and as much extras as you wanted. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and cleaning was provided whenever asked for. We had a pleasant stay :)

We were at the resort for 3 nights. The hotel was very nice with running water and a restaurant with lots of good food. The staff was very kind. My co-traveller's birthday was during our stay, at which they were so kind to help me with his wish for food and a birthday cake. The safari was great. The guide and driver were both very professional and very kind as well. For lunch we vere served warm food brought from the hotel. In total: Definitely worth a recommendation. Note, remember tips for driver and guide at the end of service.
